Nursing Open House

DRH nursing open house visits are arranged so that applicants can receive information about employment opportunities, view the facility, tour the unit(s) and discuss career opportunities, goals and objectives.

 

Career Opportunities

Shadow Program: Spend a few hours following a registered nurse at any of our DMC hospitals.  Learn first-hand what it’s like to work with an interdisciplinary team of caregivers.  DMC’s shadow program provides you with an exciting opportunity to see the work environment and ask questions. Professional Development Ladder:  Staff nurses can be recognized for their professional accomplishments through participation in our professional development ladder.  Participants are compensated based on their professional level of achievement.  Any full-time, part-time, per diem or contingent employed RN who has been employed at the DMC for at least six months is eligible to apply.
