Burns: As a comprehensive burn care facility,
the Detroit Receiving Burn Center cares for patients with all types of burn
injuries, including flame, scald, electrical, chemical, radiation and frostbite.

Hyperbaric medicine: Hyperbaric oxygen
therapy (HBOT) has been proven effective in the treatment of smoke inhalation,
carbon monoxide poisoning, rapid ascent disease and more. Detroit Receiving
offers HBOT 24-hours a day.

Oral surgery: Detroit Receiving’s Oral and
Maxillofacial Surgery Service offers excellent care for patients who require
implants, extractions or other surgical services, such as surgery for facial
trauma, skeletal jaw deformities or preparation for dentures.
